About
Eposly was built to solve a specific problem: when businesses run on Salesforce, transactions should execute there too.
Eposly enables teams to complete assisted transactions, orders and payments, directly inside Salesforce. Not as an integration, but as part of the platform itself.
Companies were increasingly running their operations on Salesforce. It became the system teams relied on day to day. But when it came to completing a transaction, they had to step outside of it. Orders might start in Salesforce and customer context lived there, but checkout and payments happened elsewhere. That break created real issues: transactions disconnected from customer records, data reconciled across systems, and the system of record no longer reflecting what actually happened. For organizations trying to run their business on Salesforce, this was not a minor gap; it was structural.
Across industries, the intent was consistent. Customers wanted Salesforce to be the place where customer work happens end-to-end, including transactions. That meant creating and configuring orders, applying pricing, taking payments, and completing the transaction, all within the same system. Traditional POS systems were not built on Salesforce. Payment tools solved only part of the problem. Enterprise revenue platforms were often too complex for what was actually needed.
Eposly was created to handle that missing part: transaction execution, directly inside Salesforce. Not as an integration, but as part of the platform itself. Orders, payments, and customer data live in the same place, with no need for external checkout systems or reconciliation after the fact. This Salesforce-native approach became the foundation of the product and remains its core differentiator.
Product-market fit emerged not from a single industry, but from a recurring pattern. Eposly works best in environments where the customer is known, the interaction is assisted, the transaction is not a simple predefined checkout, and Salesforce is the operational core.

Eposly is typically implemented as part of a broader Salesforce solution. Most customers come through partners: solution architects and system integrators designing end-to-end environments on Salesforce. Eposly is not the full system, but a component that enables transactions to happen inside it. It allows partners to deliver a complete solution without having to build the transaction layer themselves.
