Capability
A multi-location POS lets a business run point of sale across many stores or service sites from one system, with consistent products, pricing, permissions, and reporting. Eposly does this natively inside Salesforce: every location executes the full transaction on the same customer record and data model, so there is no per-store system to reconcile and no separate database to sync. Head office sees every site in real time.
The challenge
Growth multiplies systems. A new store means another POS instance, another data export, and another reconciliation at month end. Configuration drifts between sites, permissions are managed store by store, and no one has a single, current view of performance across locations. The customer record is split across the places a sale can happen.
Separate POS databases have to be trued up against Salesforce, store by store.

Products, pricing, tax, and receipts are configured per store and drift apart.

How it works
Real-time context across locations
Eposly supports scenarios where pricing depends on real-time data, such as market prices or currency rates, and where staff need flexibility during the interaction. The final price is captured with full context, including the market rate, applied adjustments, and who made the decision.
Products, variants, pricing rules, and inventory all live in Salesforce. Configuration choices update pricing in real time during the interaction.

When every location executes on the same Salesforce data model, head office does not have to reconcile store databases or wait for exports. Rollouts, permissions, tax, and reporting are configured centrally and enforced everywhere, while each site keeps the local settings it needs.
Every location writes to the same Salesforce objects, so there is no cross-store reconciliation and no separate ledger.
A new location is configuration on the platform you already run, not another system to buy and integrate.
Revenue, cash position, and inventory across all sites update as sales happen, in standard Salesforce reports.
Role-based permissions per store within the Salesforce security and audit model.
Flows, approvals, and Agentforce act on each sale at every site with no webhook latency.
