Eposly is the point of sale for a members' club, inside Salesforce. Staff at the front desk, pro shop and events office add dues, lessons, merchandise or event places to the member's order and take payment. Dues can then be collected monthly on the member's saved card, and every payment is recorded against the member record in Salesforce.
- Dues, pro shop, lessons and events on the member record
- Every outlet in the club working from the same Salesforce org
- Monthly dues on the member's saved card
At the club
What makes selling at a members' club different?
Members are at the centre of the relationship, but clubs also serve guests and visitors.
Members are at the centre
Staff usually know who they are serving before the sale starts.
The club has many outlets
The front desk, the pro shop, the lesson desk and the events office all take payment.
Dues are paid over the year
Membership dues are often collected monthly, not in one payment.
Members expect recognition
Member pricing and a member's history matter at every counter.
Events bring guests
Functions and tournaments mix members, guests and outside bookings.
A membership renewal
How does Eposly handle a membership renewal at the front desk?
One order on the member record, from the first payment to the last.
How do memberships, F&B, pro shop and events sit on one member record?
Dues, lessons, merchandise, event places and bar or café items are products in your Salesforce catalog. Each outlet sells them on orders against the member record, so the club sees what every member buys, wherever they buy it. Table service and kitchen tickets stay in your restaurant systems.
What should a country club look for in a POS?

Eposly runs in-person, customer-linked transactions inside Salesforce across industries. Pearl Morissette uses the same model in its tasting rooms, vineyard store and events.
Eposly enabled us to connect our vineyard stores, our website and tasting rooms all to Salesforce. Not only the data we captured helped us provide tailored wine recommendations to our patrons.Milton Mednick, Managing Director, Pearl Morissette

Where do members' clubs fit within premium in-person services?
Members' clubs are one of the businesses Eposly serves as a POS for service businesses: a known member, several outlets across the club, and dues that continue through the year.

Questions buyers ask
Can every outlet in the club use the same member record?
Yes. The front desk, pro shop, lesson desk and events office all sell from the same Salesforce org, so a purchase at any outlet is recorded against the same member record, with outlet-level users and reporting.
Can event and function payments be taken on the member record?
Yes. Event places and function deposits go on an order against the member record, and the balance can be taken at the event or by payment link. Guest and outside bookings can be paid the same way.
Can membership dues be collected monthly?
Yes. Staff set up a recurring schedule on the member's saved card, monthly or at another frequency, and each payment is recorded against the member record in Salesforce. A failed collection pauses the schedule and shows in a report for follow-up.
Does Eposly replace club management software?
No. Eposly runs the sale and the payment in Salesforce. Tee sheets, court and room bookings, restaurant table service and member billing statements stay in the systems built for them.
