Eposly brings winery sales and payments directly into Salesforce. Staff sell in the tasting room, in the vineyard and at events on iPad or mobile, with the guest's club status and purchases in view. Wine club membership fees are collected on a schedule from the member's saved card, and every sale is recorded against the customer record in Salesforce.

    In the tasting room

What makes winery retail different from general retail?

A winery sells to the same guest again and again.

    The guest is known

Visitors, club members and repeat buyers expect the team to remember what they bought last time.

The sale is not always at the counter

Sommeliers sell in the tasting room, in the vineyard and at off-site events.

The club renews on a schedule

Club membership fees come in over months and years, not in one sale.

    Releases are reserved ahead

Allocations and new vintages are often part-paid before they are ready.

    Orders come in between visits

Buyers order by phone and email and expect the same service as in the tasting room.

    A reserved release

How does Eposly handle a reserved release from the tasting room?

One open order on the guest's record, from the tasting to pickup.

What is a winery POS system?

A winery POS system takes payment in the tasting room, at events and for club and phone orders, and records each sale against the customer record. Eposly does this inside Salesforce, so the sale is created on the customer record your team already uses.

    Questions buyers ask

Does Eposly handle wine club and recurring payments?

Yes. Set up a club schedule on the member's saved card, with the frequency, start date and amount, and a stop rule or none. The first payment can be taken at sign-up. If a collection fails, the schedule pauses, the reason is recorded and the member is flagged for follow-up in Salesforce. This is scheduled payment collection, not subscription billing or revenue recognition.

Can the tasting room and DTC run on one record?

Tasting room, event, club and phone or email orders taken in Eposly are all created in Salesforce against the customer record. If your online store writes its orders to Salesforce, those sit on the same customer too.

Does Eposly replace inventory, production or shipping-compliance systems?

No. Eposly runs the sale and the payment in Salesforce. Your production, inventory and shipping-compliance systems carry on as they are, and product data can sync into Salesforce from them.
